Round 3 of Environmental Assessment Public Involvement
A third round of Open Houses took place at several loactions in June. Each Open House was conducted from 4 to 8 p.m., followed by a Question and Answer session. Locations and dates of these consultations are as follows:

Meetings with R.M.s Councils
In addition to the Open Houses, another set of stakeholder meetings took place in Round 3 of the Public Involvement Process. These meetings involved sessions with the Environmental Assessment Team representatives and R.M., Town and City Councils.
Notes taken from these meetings were recorded by the Environmental Assessment Team, then distributed to the participants at each meeting for verification. Once the meeting participants agreed to the content of the notes taken at each meeting, the meeting notes were finalised.
